Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Mesh Condition Inspection Report (MCIR) service at mcir3d.com, operated by Chronicle Forge (크로니클 포지), Republic of Korea (“we”).
1. The service
Section titled “1. The service”You upload a 3D mesh. We inspect its geometry and return a report that lists the regions we flagged, with their locations. We do not repair, modify or grade your mesh, and the report is not a certificate, warranty or guarantee of quality.
2. Orders and payment
Section titled “2. Orders and payment”Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
3. Credits
Section titled “3. Credits”One credit runs one inspection. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash except as described in our Refund Policy. Free checks are limited per day and may change.
4. Your files
Section titled “4. Your files”- You must have the right to upload the files you send.
- We use your file only to run the inspection you asked for.
- We delete the uploaded file after processing. Reports are kept for 30 days so you can download them, then deleted.
- We do not claim any rights to your files or reports.
5. Limits
Section titled “5. Limits”Files up to 2,000,000 triangles and 200 MB in the formats listed on the Pricing page. Files outside the limits are rejected without using a credit.
6. Acceptable use
Section titled “6. Acceptable use”Do not upload files you have no right to use, files designed to harm our systems, or files that are unlawful. Do not try to get around the free-check limit or overload the service. We may refuse or stop service for misuse.
7. What the report is and is not
Section titled “7. What the report is and is not”The report states what our software detected in the geometry at the time of inspection, under the inspector version printed on the report. A region marked REVIEW needs a human look. NOT_ASSESSABLE means a region could not be checked and implies no defect. We do not guarantee that every issue in a mesh is found.
8. Liability
Section titled “8. Liability”The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credits involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes
Section titled “9. Changes”We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be noted on the site.
